Festival Entry Gates
Duties include greeting guests,
scanning tickets, handing out event information, and providing parents with wristbands for
children.

Costumes
Dress up in one of our holiday costumes and walk around the park to interact with
guests and pose for photos

Main Stage Assistants
Assist our Entertainment Coordinator at the stage by managing stage
entry/exit gates and moving stage equipment as needed.

Plaza Park Drink Booth (Hot and Cold Drinks)
Sell and serve hot drinks (hot cocoa and coffee)
and cold drinks (water and soda).

Cold Drinks (CocaCola Trailer)
Sell and serve cold drinks

Lions Club Drink Booth
Sell and serve hot drinks (hot cocoa and coffee) and cold drinks (water
and soda).

Check-In Assistants
Duties include assisting the Volunteer Coordinator with volunteer checkin, T-shirt handout, and assisting volunteers or guests with questions throughout the evening.

Cotton Candy
Duties include assisting with making, serving, and selling cotton candy.

Trivia
Duties include riding the shuttles and asking guests Sights & Sounds trivia questions in
exchange for prizes. Trivia questions and prizes will be provided.

Scavenger Hunt
Duties include assisting the Scavenger Hunt Coordinator with the promotion
and execution of the Sights & Sounds Scavenger Hunt.

Reindeer Games Kids Zone
Duties include overseeing the new Reindeer Games Kids Zone,
which includes a variety of yard games for the kids.

Admission Booths
Duties include manning an admission booth and taking payment for event
tickets. You must have cash-handling experience in order to volunteer at the admission booths.
